I have not received an order confirmation, have you received my order, what should I do?

The item I was to purchase is out of stock, when will be back in stock?

Unfortunately we are unable to advise on exact timing, if we have an estimated re-stock time frame this will be detailed on the product page. Please join the waiting list to receive a notification when your item is ready is to order

Do you deliver to my country?

We ship worldwide with exception of a few locations, if you cannot see your country listed please contact us for clarification.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship Monday-Friday all orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders received on a Friday PM may be shipped on Monday.

Will I have to pay customs charges if I am outside the EU?

We are required by law to make a full declaration of your parcel contents to customs. Please check with your local customs department for further information.

How do I clean my brushes?

The long term use of alcohol based cleaners is not recommended as the only way of cleaning your brushes. Natural hair brushes also need some TLC just like the hair on your head. If you continued to dip your own hair in alcohol and nothing else, it will end up being dry and brittle. We would recommend using a liquid or solid brush soap for cleaning your brushes in conjunction with alcohol based cleaners for spot cleaning.

I need to cancel or change my order what can I do?

Unfortunately we are unable to process order amendments & cancellations after you have confirmed your order to us. If your order is no longer required, please refuse delivery for a refund.

I've received the wrong item?

We are sorry if we have made an error to your order, please contact us via providing your order number & a photograph that includes your delivery note of the item you have received. We will do our best to resolve it urgently for you.
